Online education clearly helpful for psychotherpy clients - Unwanted symptoms were reduced and use of coping skills increased

Are you college-educated? You'll likely do better in psychotherapy.

Are you pursuing education of the right sort on your own? This well may have a distinct therapeutic effect on any mental illness symptoms you have.

But what if the self-education occurs online, and while you are actually doing therapy? And what if the diagnosis is trauma-related, with strong elements of dissociation?

Thanks to some very recent research, we now have a pretty good answer to that question, and the answer is encouraging.
